5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full when the parcel is delivered.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery delays caused by the courier are outside Voxicano's direct control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and following the return/exchange instructions provided by Voxicano.

Voxicano is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
